In addition to the POSX touchscreen monitor and Dell computer, our cash drawers are made from high-grade stainless steel, to ensure continued security and quality.
Finally, in keeping with our pursuit for quality products, all our standard thermal printers are also from POSX, whose reputation has been built on quality and durability. And depending on your business¡¯ needs, we offer optional upgrades like All-in-one terminals, additional kitchen printers, network routers, weight scales, and more!

3. What can the INI Restaurant software program do that other programs can¡¯t?
Basically, INI Restaurant has been developed with your touch in mind. Every single function on our program is dictated by your touch. INI POS programs utilize your touchscreen to the fullest extent. And if everything can be done on the touchscreen, which means it is SIMPLE to use! No more complicated setup menus or small illegible input fields to deal with ever again! All INI POS systems come with a three year warranty for the hardware. If anything malfunctions during that period, then we gladly ship a replacement right away. But of course, if it was broken due to any external forces (contact with liquids, dropping the hardware, or operation is extreme conditions), then we will be happy to sell you a replacement with returning client discounts!


6. What happens if the INI Restaurant program crashes?
Our developers are working constantly to ensure that such disturbances do not occur. But if they do occur, then our support staff will be at the ready to assist you in any and every way possible.
